  • 0.75cup Plain Unsweetened Kefir (Alt: Unsweetened Almond Milk or Oat Milk)
  • 0.25cup Water
  • 1scoop Vanilla Whey Isolate
  • 1tbsp Almond Butter (Alt: 1/4 Avocado or ½ cup frozen, 1 tbsp MCT Oil, 1 tbsp peanut butter, or Walnuts)
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds (Alt: Ground Flaxseed, Hemp Hearts, or Psyllium Husk)
  • 0.5cup Frozen Mixed Berries (Alt: Blueberries, Raspberries, or Blackberries)
  • 1handful Frozen Spinach (Alt: Frozen Riced Cauliflower or Zucchini)
  • 0.5cups Frozen Zucchini Slices or 1/4 tsp xantham gum (Optional for creaminess)
  • 1pinch Sea Salt (Optional)

Pour Kefir and Water into the blender base.Add Protein Powder and any Neuro powders (Creatine/Ashwagandha/Lion's Mane).Add the Fat source (Almond Butter) and Fiber source (Chia).Add Frozen Berries and Frozen Spinach.Blend on High for 60 seconds until fully smooth.Drink slowly over 15-20 minutes.
