1.5lbs chicken breast 1cup barbecue sauce 1tbsp minced garlic 2tsp soy sauce 20oz can pineapple chunks Cooked rice, for serving
Directions
Add the chicken, barbecue sauce, garlic, soy sauce, and pineapple to a greased slow cooker. Stir to coat the chicken well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Shred the chicken and enjoy over cooked rice.
